Court: Galaxy Tab 10.1N isn't like iPad

Apple had to swallow the disappointment after the District Court Duesseldorf, Germany, issued a preliminary ruling that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N tablet (with letter N in tow) does not look similar to iPad.

Quoted from Reuters, Thursday (9/2/2012), the District Court of Duesseldorf said there was "a clear distinction" between the Galaxy Tab 10.1N and iPad.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1N is a tablet  the redesigned by Samsung is specific to the market of Germany. The Vendor that comes from South Korea this turn the material with a metal material surface up to cover all the edges.

Samsung had to make modifications to the design because the Court had stopped the sale of Germany Galaxy Tab 10.1N in September 2011. All backed by a claim from Apple that mention Galaxy Tab 10.1N infringe the patent design, look, and feel of the iPad.

Smartphones and tablets of the Galaxy, seen by Apple as a product that is plagiarized the iPhone and iPad. Patent war between them does not only happen in Germany, but also in the United States, Australia, Japan, Korea and several European countries.

To date, courts in the Netherlands, the United States and Australia have decided to allow Samsung to sell a smartphone and tablet Galaxy, although Apple continued to attempt to stop it.
